Running is a big part of Elianis’ stay-fit approach. “An awesome recharge Sunday 🤩 with mine 🏃🏼 ♀️ 💃🏼 What a delight to run and dance in my land!! 🥳 (Today it was only 5k because I had the responsibility and honor of finishing with my Rumba Fit class! But they were more than rich 5k :32min,” she captioned a recent post.
Obviously, Elianis relies on dance to stay in shape. “Dance has changed my life. It has given me the opportunity to study, travel, meet, learn, understand, share, build, grow, advance, overcome! Better said! But above all, dance has helped me meet people who have added many joys to my life. All my classes give me happiness, but today I had a really special class 😍 I prepared it with love to leave a positive footprint in my @conectacontualma.mx group and I feel that I received the best part!
